Every batch of Spanky's starts with carefully selected peanuts and a custom blend of seasonings created specifically for that flavor. We build our recipes from the ground up, layering ingredients throughout the cooking process so the flavor doesn't just sit on the outside — it works its way into every bite.

We carefully control the seasoning, soaking, cooking time, and finishing touches to develop the texture and flavor we're looking for. It's a slow process, but that's the point. Around here, we don't believe great boiled peanuts should be rushed.

And then there are our Limited Batches.

That's where we get to have a little fun. From Nashville-inspired heat and Bloody Mary flavors to unexpected combinations you wouldn't normally imagine putting in a pot of peanuts, our limited batches are built around real ingredients, bold ideas, and a whole lot of Southern creativity. Some get their moment in the spotlight and disappear. Others become part of the Spanky's story forever.
